It should come with the adaptor for AC power, because no one will use the batteries for a concert and have it poop out half way through. It is well constructed and rugged. Well laid out and relatively easy to operate and control. All three pedals are solid and easy to operate. Quality: Rugged construction---hey it's a Boss. Value: For what is capable of doing, it is a great value in that all of the separate effects boxes needed to duplicate this would be hundreds more. Desirability: Nice looking unit Sound: I can achieve a warm tube that fills the auditorium. The sounds are nearly limitless. I play CCM for our church's band and this processor has changed our total sound because the bass is so much fuller. I wish that the synthesizers had a little more variety in sound, because they come off sounding just what their name says--synthesized. I am still fairly new with the ME-20B and am still exploring all of the different effects that are obtainable. Ease of Use: One evening and I had the major operations down. It makes perfect sense as to its lay out and operation and is to identify what mode you are in. Manual is clear and very useful. Support: N/A Haven't had to deal with questions or repairs. The Rock House Method Intermediate Learn Rock Bass Video Bass Guitar Books Videos And Cd roms Msi Bass Guitars, Amps, and Effects Review :Feature: Has effects(lots of em, still working them out) Comes with footswitch,built in tuner thats very easy to use. Only thing I found missing is a ohms adjustment for speakers. Thats not a big deal though. Quality: Hard to say.I just got it a couple of weeks ago, but its built like a tank! Value: You couldn't possibly hope for more features at this price point! You get a 2x60 amp with lots of pedal effects for the price of a couple of pedals. I am amazed that people will spend $150 on a pretty crappy practice amp when you can get this for such a small amount more money. Desirability: Only a 6 because all the uninitiated want a Marshall. Sound: Sound quality is pretty amazing esp. for solid state! It's very "tubey". GREAT distortion.If you like distortion,you will like this amp. The only complaint I have is the clean channel.It's very quiet compared to the others.If you like to play clean mostly, this is not your kinda amp. Support: Haven't had to deal with them so I can't say. Overall: I don't see myself ever replacing it. It's all I need. Jam Trax The Best Of Bass Blues R And B And Rock Video Bass Guitar Books Videos And Cd roms Msi Bass Guitars, Amps, and Effects Review :Overall: This amp has a nice clean tone, and naturally is perfect for blues, classic rock, and perhaps jazz. The gain isn't too heavy, so for harder rock and metal, a overdrive pedal will be needed. But this amp handles pedals very well, so it is easy to find the tone you are looking for for your style. In my opinion this amp is better than the other amps at this price range in terms of sound and features. Pros: This amp sounded better to me than the Epiphone VJ or Fender Champ 600. And on top of that, the Peavey Valveking Royal 8 has a master volume so that you can play it quietly without cranking it too loud, a gain control and tone control. Also a headphone output. Most other 5watt tube amps lack these features. Cons: The tone control could be a bit more receptive, I admit, but it still helps. I'm planning to buy an equalizer pedal to get a wider variety of sounds. Some people complained about the small stock speaker, and yes it could be better, but it gets the job done for now.
