I would have liked the headphone out to be 1/4 not 1/8 Quality: Quality is excellent, both the way it sounds and how it is constructed. Value: Not only is the unit worth the price but the software really makes it a good deal. Desirability: Looks great. I even like the color...... Sound: I have 4 mid priced rack mount sound processors in my project studio and the Vx400 puts out better and cleaner sound then any of them. Support: I had a question about using the built in guitar tuner, I wanted to use the tuner while using the Vx for vocals, anyway.... I was on the phone talking with a clear speaking technician within 1 min. He did not need to fumble through a manual, just answered my question and was very courteous.
