Sound Improvements Vol. III -- Learn how to: Add channels to your current mixer, use compressors and gates, hook up and operate effect units (reverbs, echos, flanges and harmonizers), and more!
Review :Quality:
Built nice.
Value:
I don't think I would have payed this much.
Desirability:
Its an Yngwie strat, everyone wants it, but its not that great.
Sound:
It has an average Fender sound... nothing special about it.
Ease of Use:
its a guitar
Overall:
Yngwie is my favorite guitarist ever, but I don't respect his choice of guitars, scalloped fretboard makes it awkward, bending is different, harder to control, but harder to miss at the same time. The tone is not versatile, err, I dunno, I think Yngwie could do way better.

101 Recording Tips Book And Cd General Recording Books Videos And Cd roms Hal Leonard Recording Review :Feature: It's a needle, I guess the all in one feature is ok Quality: They're ok, I expected a little more form a signature series scratch needle. The tracking force for these is tough to find...they skip easily....I wouldn't suggest these for turntablists Value: I mean it's a pretty good price. Desirability: It looks cool...but CC's have been known for difficult set up's. Sound: Not very good sound pick up. I had switched to these after using Shure M44-7's and holy crap these don't even compare. Ease of Use: Plug it in a go Overall: Got rid of em after a month of use....gave em to a local record dealer to use on his "in house" tables. I went back to Shure M44-7's and haven't looked back Shipping Cost :$6.99 Listing Price :$16.95 Review this product |

Guerrilla Home Recording Book General Recording Books Videos And Cd roms Hal Leonard Recording Review :Feature: I love that you can plug in expression pedals in the back to remotely control the various knobs while still being able to play. Quality: Built tough. The previous owner of the pedal banged it up quite a bit, but it still operates perfectly. Value: $440 is a bit much for an effects pedal, especially since any of the sounds that this produces can be replicated with a little bit of knowledge of vsts. But having a real live, zero latency, makes it worth it alone. Desirability: Sexiest pedal out there. It makes weird sounds, but is still completely practical for the music i want to make. Sound: The sheer range of sounds that this thing can produce just from mild tweaking is what made me glad i bought this. It can sound like a phaser, or a tremolo, or a drum machine, or underwater, or trapped in a computer in the 80s. Really cool. Ease of Use: Just spend a few hours with it and you can it figure out. The cool thing is that after you do there are still things to learn. Support: haven't used it. Overall: This is what i want out of pedals: versatility, great sound, and fun. And this provides that.
