The AN16iM is a 3U-high rack-mounted mic- and line-level input device with sixteen high-quality microphone preamps and 24-bit A-to-D converters. Each channel contains a three-segment level meter, a continuously variable gain knob, a phase reverse switch, 48-volt phantom power, and a rumble filter with an 85Hz rolloff. In addition, each pair of channels can be stereo linked for stereo operation in a Pro16 Monitor Mixing System.

No complaining here. Everything is awesome.
Quality:
Everything is well made except on the inside. When you change the batteries, it's troublesome to take the battery out.
Value:
I got it cheap at my local music store for about $600.
Desirability:
I love the beauty of the Sunburst finish!
Sound:
Sounds amazing. Option of active or passive pickups with double humbucker! The need to change batteries is quite annoying though.
Ease of Use:
Plug it in and start playing!
Support:
Never used it but assume they're great compared to their guitar!
Overall:
There are barely anything wrong with it! Go buy it if you have the money!

Quality: Not that solid as it's made from plastic. fine for on road use, just take care of it like a new born :) Value: good value. free software. does what i need it to. Desirability: aethetic wise it's good/cool. great design/layout everything clearly labelled. the only downer is that it's not made out of metal. Sound: the best you can get for this price.. excellent features.. pre-amp.. 24/96.. sounds fine to me :) Ease of Use: everything is clearly labelled. Instructions are great. more helpful than previous interfaces eg Tascam us122. There's a range of effects built in the edirol.. they all sound good.. u can always tweak the sound in SONAR if your a little unhappy. Support: i couldn't get the edirol to record 24 bit in Sonar LE so i contacted both Edirol and Sonar. They both replied to my email 2 days later in a friendly manner helping me solve the problem. no worries at all. Overall: couple of years maybe.. i'm sure i will still be using it though. Quality: don't rightly know since i have only had it a week but it seems very well made. Value: if you want something perfectly accurate....the price fits the quality. Ease of Use: theres a bit of getting use to the way a virtual stobe unit functions and it does bug your eyes out at first....but after hearing the differance it makes...i no longer cared.the manual explains all you need to know. Overall: super sensitive,super accurate!the teperaments and sweeteners DO make a differance.I got it for doing super precise intonation adjustments and damned glad i did!
