The rugged, all-steel constructed chassis occupies 1U rack space and is intended for installation in standard 19" equipment racks.

So it does produce a good sound, but the best sounds come with good solid hits. Ease of Use: You really have to crank this up to get the most cutting sounds, which is a little annoying.
