The KRK RP5G2 Rokit G2 Powered Studio Monitor takes this KRK design to new heights. All of the great stuff that Rokit's have been known for including front-firing bass port, soft-domed tweeter, glass aramid composite yellow cone are still there, but the G2 Rokit's feature refined voicing and a new curved baffle that looks great, reduces diffraction and provides even better monitoring accuracy.
Review :Feature:
its all budget baby!, the mixer is a joke and should be set on fire
Quality:
so many hassles
Value:
It was cheap, but it could have been a little more solid
Desirability:
The turntables look nice
Sound:
Not enough reinforcement so it feedsback a fair bit, especially in the bass. The mixer came with badly soldered inputs so sound dropped out, also, the cross-fader lasted about 3 or 4 weeks before needing to be replaced
Support:
i had to pay all freighting to get repairs to the mixing done, and it was fixed not replaced
Overall:
wish id bought one decent turntable and a better mixer and waited a while before getting another

Fostex Pm05mkii Powered Nearfield Monitor Active powered Studio Monitors Fostex Recording Review :Feature: Not much to say here, the inputs sometimes come a little loose, but can be finger tightened. No problems here. Quality: Cheap build, but works for my purposes. I can see how people would have problems having it hold up in heavy-use situations. If you treat it well and dont drop it or anything, its a good speaker for the money. Value: Very good buy value wise. Its a cheap speaker, but can hold its own. Desirability: Looks good, serves its purpose. Sound: This speaker sounds pretty good when you have it eq'd right, but dosent put out a lot of sound unless you really push it. Ease of Use: Very straight forward, easy to use. It dosent put out a lot of sound unless you push it. Overall: The way I use it, this product will hold up for a long time. I do not use it very hard, but it seems to hold up well. Shipping Cost :$0 Listing Price :$349 Review this product |

Behringer Ms20 Digital Monitor (20 Watts) Active powered Studio Monitors Behringer Recording Review :Sound: Have to say for $350 bucks you'll have to go a long ways to beat it. I went to a large store and looked at everything up to $1800. Came home and ordered it. I could be a snob and buy an ES something but why? Just because this is under $500 dont think its inferior workmanship. The pickups were not as hot as some. But hardly noticeable unless you have them side by side like I did. There is not the slightest blemish on mine. Nice job Ibanez. Shipping Cost :$3.99 Listing Price :$149.99 Review this product |
