Chrome hardware on it is awesome. Quality: It's a fender. Value: Excellent value fro the price and a great instrument. Desirability: Awesome. Sound: With the jazz and p-pups this bass has a verl large tonal palette. You can create anything from bright to large in dark very easily. The sound is excellent. Support: haven't had to deal with them but I've heard rumors. Overall: This is a great instrument and I'll adore it for a long time. When looking for a new guitar check this one out.
