Shure Ulxs1493 Uhf Lavalier Wireless System Lavalier Microphone Wireless Systems Shure Live Sound/PA Review :Feature: The High and Lows knobs actually change the sound! I usually run the Lows higher then the High and I also use the mid boost and the Top End on Bright the voicing Fat and the mid boost at 7db. Great chunky sound! Quality: Heavy duty construction, metal case it will stand the test of time. Value: Was able to find a used one for $150, and it works like brand new! Desirability: Pretty simple looking case and designs. Straight and to the point just how I like it. Sound: The tone is great out of this unit. Perfect Marshal British sound. The pedal has great sustain and cut right through the mix. I use it with a Les Paul Studio and I can get the chunk I need for the heavier songs. Support: Haven't had a problem with it. Overall: Overall the pedal took some playing around to find the right sound, but after it was dialed in I can't play without it. Quality: Just like all the other QSC products I've ever had. Rugged, looks good in the rack, nice blue light... Value: 900 watts a side at 4ohms for seven bills? Any questions? Desirability: The "sex appeal" of this thing (and other QSC stuff) is really the low current draw - I can run this amp, my four QSC HPR boxes, drum monitor amp AND my Marshall off ONE 20 amp AC line - and crank it!! In small pubs, etc, sometimes that's all you get to work with and that is very important to me. It doesn't hurt your back to lift 'em either!! Sound: Nice, smooth clean tone thoughout the power band. Quite nice. Ease of Use: Plug-in, turn on, turn up, it works. Support: I've dealt with them on other amps I've had over the years and never a problem. Overall: I own or have owned all of the other brands of power amp or powered cabs. I have over 30 years experience with professional live sound and the new QSC gear is about the best I've used for live work.
