My teacher loves this guitar. He tunes by it every week. And sometimes it is hard to get it away from him so we can get started on the lessons.

HAve had no reason to deal with them.
Overall:
I don't know that I will ever replace it and if I lost it for some reason I would definitely buy the same thing again. I love the feel, look and sound of this guitar. It stays in tune pretty well, too.

Actually what I really like about this kit is how little space it takes up. It's also a dream to transport as it folds down to fit in the back of (most) wagons with everything still attached. Value: Excellent value for money in the entry level market Sound: The drum voices are pretty good for an entry level e-kit. I was pleasantly surprised being a long time Roland user. Nice attack to some of the snare sounds, reasonable body to some of the kick sounds, crisp hihats. Ease of Use: Very easy to use, great for those just starting out. The manual is fairly easy to understand also. Support: Haven't had to deal with customer support yet Overall: I also have a Roland TD8kv kit which I use for home practise. This Yamaha kit was for my wife (she's right handed, I'm left handed). It's a fantastic entry level kit for those learning or whose kids want to "have a bash".
