The microphones are decent and the 15 inch woofers are awesome. If you need a lot of bass, these speakers are the way to go. Ease of Use: I gave this a 7 because when you move it from place to place, its a real pain when you set it up because it takes literally 20 minutes to do so. But all you have to do is turn it on when it is set up. Support: Im sure all of the different companies atleast talk to you...
