The electrical housing is very poor and you basically have to unplug everything in the house in order to keep from picking up electrical interference. I hooked it up to my stereo just to compare the sound with my Technics, and it doesn't hold up. The needle provided is of poor quality. Ease of Use: easy to use, unless you want good sound. Support: Nobody from Ion will get back to me about the distortion problem, and if you go to their forum (http://forums.ion-audio.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3), they will not respond to this particular problem, even though Ion members are visible elsewhere.
