It is a beautiful guitar Desirability: It's great Ease of Use: My teacher loves this guitar. He tunes by it every week. And sometimes it is hard to get it away from him so we can get started on the lessons. Support: HAve had no reason to deal with them. Overall: I don't know that I will ever replace it and if I lost it for some reason I would definitely buy the same thing again. I love the feel, look and sound of this guitar. Actually what I really like about this kit is how little space it takes up. It's also a dream to transport as it folds down to fit in the back of (most) wagons with everything still attached. Value: Excellent value for money in the entry level market Sound: The drum voices are pretty good for an entry level e-kit. I was pleasantly surprised being a long time Roland user. Nice attack to some of the snare sounds, reasonable body to some of the kick sounds, crisp hihats. Ease of Use: Very easy to use, great for those just starting out. The manual is fairly easy to understand also. Support: Haven't had to deal with customer support yet Overall: I also have a Roland TD8kv kit which I use for home practise. This Yamaha kit was for my wife (she's right handed, I'm left handed). It's a fantastic entry level kit for those learning or whose kids want to "have a bash".
