They do not say it is incompatible with Vista 64 until after you buy it. They do not seem to have any plans to make it compatible. PreSonus has been good on other products I own, but I feel alone on this.
Overall:
I'd like to see a software update so I can use it. I got brushed off. I can't return it because I held it too long while setting up and debugging my computer and Cubase 4 before I found that the Faderport is not supported by PreSonus to run on 64 bit systems..

If it were any bigger it would be too cumbersome. Papa bear says this one is just right. Quality: Well built, nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Value: A little over priced but like they say, if you can build a better mouse trap... Sound: I tried playing it with a drum stick and it did not sound too good Ease of Use: adjust the height on the mic stand and the length away from mic stand, as well as the angle with one thumbscrew Support: wouldnt realy no Overall: I added a couple of powerfull little magnets to help hold paper onto this small stand.
