Feature:
I wish it had a mini-mixer included so it could be used as a stand-alone pa system. Could be a little lighter.
Quality:
I think overall, great quality. well built and solid construction. The handles are well placed and make the handling of the speaker easy.
Value:
Product is the best value for the money. PLUS it has a 6 year warranty...better, if not the best in the industry.
Desirability:
Nice looking, rounded edges. Easy to pack because of it's design.
Sound:
This is one of the sweetest sounding speakers I've heard in quite a while. Had a chance to listen to many at a DJ convention and chose these. Needs a little more 'oomph' for the bass but over all a great, great sounding number.
Ease of Use:
plug and play. Very clear sound.
Support:
Factory/customer support is the absolute best anywhere. Extremely responsive. Deal with the customer service first before you take a speaker in to one of their repair facilities.
Overall:
The only reason I would replace this speaker is because of the weight (58 lbs). I looked around for quite a while at powered speakers before I decided to purchase these. I bought 4 and have been extremely pleased and well satisfied. For a 12 inch box, it's great. I highly recommend them.

They held onto that shallow "new" sound far longer than the uncoated strings I had been using before. But I was patient and left them on. Now, FIVE MONTHS later! the same set of Polyweb strings are still on the guitar. After a few days, they began to sound rich and warm, and they have kept that good sound for MONTHS. I highly reccomend these strings to anybody. I play every single day, with a pick and fingerstyle, up and down the neck. These strings have stayed clean (not crusty!) and have sounded good for months longer than uncoated strings I have used. Try them. You patience will pay off in the long run.
