My friends always want to play my V-drums. They are no substitute for real drums though.
Sound:
It was exactly what I expected. I am very happy with the sounds. It is perfect for practing but will never replace real acoustic drums.
Support:
I have not had any problems with the set and have no experience with Roland's customer service.
Overall:
I hope these last a long time. They are perfect for practicing. They look and sound better and are easier to operate than the Yamaha kits.

Quality: After 3 months of owning this (I bought it new), I get an errors message ("bak battery low"). This infers that the battery used to store user information is low. I only use this unit for home use and have only used the presets (haven't stored any of my own stuff yet). This pisses me off in that I now have to take the unit back to the dealer to get a new battery installed. Desirability: If I had to do it over again, I would look at a different unit. Possibly something made by Yamaha. Always had good luck with their equipment. Support: Really don't know at this point. Will find out when I take unit in to get battery replaced. Quality: This guitar is put together perfect and couldn't be built a better way. Value: It could actually sell for like 2,000. when i first saw the price my jaw hit the floor. Desirability: This thing is so sexy i almost messed my pants when i first opened it. So many people want it from me already. Sound: The tone is amazing i can't believe i actually own this nice of a guitar. Ease of Use: I baely have to put any effort into harmonics and sweeps. Though i have no idea how to tune the floyd rose yet. Support: At first it was hard to get in stock then when it did mine had a blem so they had to send it back to esp and get a new one which took 2 weeks. But it was all worth the wait.
