The Akai Professional MPC2500 Music Production Center combines a 64-track MIDI sequencer with a 32-voice 16-bit stereo digital sampler. The MPC is a rock-solid sequencing and drum programming machine with 16 velocity and pressure sensitive rubber pads. The unit allows you to sample more efficiently. This composition center is contained in one extremely powerful desktop unit.

every thang i need it for i was going for the 4000 but im glad i pick this one i also owned the mpc2000xl but i think the 2500 is better

i think u have to respect the price b/c i shop at footlocker not payless

u have to put good sounds in it but the swing of this thang is unreal

if u have every owned a mpc be for then its like cake

Quality: Incredibly sturdy, but heavy...good trade IMHO Value: You get what you pay for usually...here you get SO MUCH MORE Desirability: Sexy as hell when there on...and off Sound: A/B'ing speakers for a while had me sold on these. I worked for GC in pro audio for a long time and and was sold on my SRM-450's...until I went to shop sound for a new club I'm opening. The QSC's are louder, more efficient and cleaner than any powered 2-way I've ever heard. Almost 0% distortion at full volume. These paired with my txd-118 subs ran by a plx3102 and I have the best small system around.
