But the best is the optional "gooseneck" lamp with dimmer control, it works well for reading music on top of your rack as well as illuminating the components below. I also like the sequential power up and power down feature (this elliminates the pops and phase-outs of normal power strips, great for digital components) Quality: Heavy grounding capabilities. Good solid unit. Value: It costs a little more than other units but you know what your getting. With "Furman" you have a choice of different models and series, and it can be hard to figure out what does what and what protection you actually get. Desirability: Looks great in my set-up!! TO BAD THE COOL LIGHTS CANT MAKE ME A BETTER PLAYER (ha!) Sound: sounds great? I have noticed a decrease in low frequency hum 60hz. But I do recommend isolating any ground loops before hand, because this thing has a strong earth mains. Support: I havent had any problems (yet). Desirability: design is decent. Yamaha symbol looks evil. Sound: The sound is good but it does not have appreggio decent number of bass drums, harmonics. Just has mainly synth organ and ufo sound effects. good for pop music. Not enough hip hop or rap effects or christian british,japan electro alternative. Ease of Use: Could have put more descript words on or near controls, computer co do that to. Like they are ignorant. Overall: Look at appregios list would help a lot!I liked the recording device(wanted more record space) and design but there is no 20 drum kits with enough bass drums. Maybe 5 bass drums sounds and they are not apreggio. The 20 drum kits is deceiving. I wish i had more info. Another problem is that better models are unaffordable for youth and young persons. Decent for pop.Not enough appregio bass drums. Companies. give people a chance at a better start. Review this product |

Korg Pa50 61-key Professional Arranger With Hi Synthesis 61 key Synthesizers Korg Keyboards and MIDI 1 164 Feature: It is loaded with features, but some of then are hard to get to on the fly. Quality: Built of cheap plastic. I have a big crack in the back of mine from a small fall. The buttons are of the cheap rubber type, and some of mine take reapeated pushes to activate. Value: For the money, it is OK if you need an affordable arranger. Next one I buy will be a Yamaha though. Desirability: I own it. Sound: The sounds are a mixed bag. The drums are good. The acoustic pianos are on the thin side. Overall the whole instrument is very brite, I have tone it down with EQ. Ease of Use: Any keyboard with this many buttons has a deep learning curve. If I don't use it for a few months I have to "relearn" it. Support: Don't know. Overall: The Pa50 is capable of sequencing and recording your own backing tracks, But it cryptic and very hard to use for this. Better off doing it in a computer and transfering them with midi. Value: if you compare hammonds or the korg cx3 they are more expensive and don´t have more sounds. Desirability: I have it Sound: I give the hammond a 10 because it´s very close to the real thing the leslie is excellent and the digital drawbars are easy to use. Th wurli has a great presence and love the distortion. the ep´s are nice and the clavinet is awesome especial for the lot of options it has. The acoustic is very good one ot the best on 5 octave keyboards especially on the low register. Quality: Boy i tell you this pedal seemed very cool when i just got it; but in a matter of a couple weeks the cable near the end of the jack broke...thank God for having two pedals. I advise anyone buying this pedal to have a new cable ready for when it breaks. Body is pretty solid- AND HEAVY!!, the mechanism is pretty simple on the inside and looks like it will go on forever---when i change that cable off-course. Value: This pedal is definitely worth the the cost inspite of the issue mentioned above- it stays stable on the floor!! Desirability: ...with a spare cable off-course. Ease of Use: when new!! ill get into this later Support: never delt with M-Audio Overall: The only reason why i will get another pedal is if i get more boards. I will never "replace" this pedal. If it were Lost/stolen i wouldnt go for another though; i mean if i end up with another its no prob...but Ill get something else. Kurzweil K2661 61-key Pro Keyboard Workstation 61 key Synthesizers Kurzweil Keyboards and MIDI Review :Feature: The setup on the wide lcd color screen, in collaboration with the sliders, voicing and sequencing.........awesome. Quality: In comparison to the triton, it looks more attractive and professional. Everything looks like its in tact, free of any blemishes. Very durable. Value: I had second thoughts of getting it, but after my experiment with it a few nights, it is worth every single penny. Its like a portable studio. Desirability: The color, the 8 valves, large color lcd screen, and the proportion just gives the motif xs a complete rich finish. Sound: The preset voices are so realistic and heart-throbbing. The piano, guitar and brass are closest you can get to an actual instrument. The organ is like a leslie hammond organ where you can control the valves with the sliders and add chorus in real time with the right fader. I spent the entire night just admiring the voice bank of this synthesizer. Ease of Use: I never owned a motif before this one, but I found all of the features quite convenient and useful. Support: The guys at the company are wonderful and very helpful. Overall: I don't think that i would be in need of another keyboard anytime soon. This is by far the best overall keyboard ever made.
