The Gator Tote is indeed very cool, very well made -- acts as a gig bag AND a pedal board all in one. Only one problem... and at first it seems silly. The dern thing needs a SHOULDER strap! Value: the tone gain wasnt worth the money :( Desirability: don't really care for it. Sound: I guess it improved my tone a little in my bass. I should notice a huuuuge difference though considering that its a SQUIER, thats right a SQUIER p-bass!! When I max out the highs, it sounds way too peircing and the lows are a bit muddy. I guess I need new gear (SVT-3Pro combined with an eden 410 cab, no better match!) when I get the money :( Ease of Use: not that hard to put in, just need some sautering skills :) Support: didn't need it yet... Overall: I'm not the guy you should be listening to if your looking to buy this pickup cause I didn't do it justice with good gear, i'm running it through crappy hartke gear. Review this product |

Desirability: i would rather have these pickups than my friend! they dont exactaly look y but its whats on the inside that counts right? Sound: the sound that these humbuckers produce is absolutly amazing. i dropped these seymour duncans into an old 1997 eppiphone that i bought form a friend. i didnt expect the sound to change drasticaly because it was an eppi but i was way wrong. i play at drop c and these pickups handel it great! the lows are beastly and the highs are crisp and punchey. if ur looking for a great set of pickups for metal or punk i suggest u stop looking and buy the distortion mayhams but if ur looking to play clean then this might not be the best option. Ease of Use: u drop these bad boys into any guitar and ur good to go. as long as u know what ur doing these humbuckers are very easy to use. Overall: these distortion mayhams do everything that i could ever want from a pickup. they give virtually no feedback, handals dropped tuning like no other, they are already pre matched for the best sound and they dont cost a fortchune! Quality: fishman may have had a winner 15 years ago, but the technology is passe. but like all fishman stuff, the build quality is great. Value: there are better for less. $99 gets you a Revolution One or a K&K. these pickups are MUCH better. Desirability: in its day it did. i would give it a 1 except that it is still useable in some situations and it doesnt feed back at high levels. Sound: Nasally, and sensitive to pickup placement. just sounds boingy--all strings, no bass body tone. Support: email only, phonecalls get voicemail. Overall: i cant use it. Review this product |

I really like that feature but wish it had a more accurate tuner instead of the 3 position setup but its still VERY nice to have. Quality: For the money its a great deal. Very solid and nice handeling. Very easy to play sitting down or standing up. However I wish they put a better nut and tail piece on the guitar. They would have sold tens of thousands of these guitars!!! I have a problem playing it for a hour and it going out of tune alot. Value: Best in its class. I would give it a 10 for value for your buck!!! I love this guitar and is one of the most fun acoustics I have owned personally. It fits me perfectly. You may have to try for yourself but it fits me like a glove and im a BIG guy! Desirability: It's SEXY! haha For real this is a really pretty guitar and is a great value for the money! Sound: Has a really decent sound for an electric/acoustic hybrid Ease of Use: I just received this guitar about 2 weeks ago but have yet to plug it into an amp. I mainly bought it to travel with and practice on and its fantastic for that. Very easy to play for an accoustic. Its not an electric feel by any means but still a nice guitar. This has yet to happen but I always keep a spare 9V in my case. Value: This is a great buy. To those intermedeate to advanced players looking to buy a bass. One idea is to buy an old/ cheaper bass and put a set of good pickups in it, like these. Sound: I put these pickups in my crappy Peavey passive Millennium P-Bass. I carved out a spot for the LJ pickup as well for the battery, and a hole for the extra pentometer (volume knob). The result was well worth it! These pickups made my bass sound like a good bass. I have since bought another bass but I am keeping my Peavey because of its unique quality, and sound. Review this product |
